Exciting news, The Cod Sounds Cookery School as brought on some top shelf talent! Nick Gardner of Upper Crust NL will be running the show on this one. As always, I will be in the kitchen but this is Nicks opportunity to share with you all of his secrets of his bread making skill and his business Upper Crust.


We will be covering the details of flours, quick rise vs. traditional yeasts, pre-ferments, starters and proofing. We will be making his no-knead bread, white bread, pizza dough and focaccia. You will all roll up your sleeves and make your own doughs. As always you will be well fed and well looked after and leave with an in-depth knowledge of the basics.

  • Duration of the class is between 3 and 4 hours.
  • Class price is $140 plus HST per person
  •  Maximum of six people per class. This enables a hands-on and personal approach so you can get the most out of your learning experience.
