The Cod Sounds Cookery School has brought on some top shelf talent once again! Nick Gardner of Upper Crust NL is back with Baking 102- Mastering Bread. As always, I will be in the kitchen but this is Nick's opportunity to share with you all of his bread making secrets.

You’ll get your hands into a rustic country grain (from bulk ferment to final shape) and talk scoring and how to introduce steam into your bake. We’ll braid challah together and we’ll talk natural leavening, starters, biga and pre-ferments. (You might even get to start one of your own!).

  • Duration of the class is between 3 and 4 hours.
  • Class price is $140 plus HST per person

  •  Maximum of ten people per class. This enables a hands-on and personal approach so you can get the most out of your learning experience.
