Pasta is served in many restaurants today but when you make it yourself, it sure can impress your guests! You will learn the basics of pasta flour, kneading by hand, rolling and shaping and you will all make your own pasta. During the class we will go over noodles, gnocchi, filled pasta and all sorts of shapes and small tricks that make pasta so special. Throughout the class we will be tasting and eating along the way as we roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty. This class is a mix of hands-on and demonstration. Meal included.   • Class begins at 5:30 PM. Duration of the class is between 3 and 4 hours.
  • Class price is $150 plus HST per person.
  • If particular cuts of meat or products are unavailable at the time of class another product of Cod Sounds choosing will be substituted without notice. Please ask if there is something very particular you are coming to see demonstrated
  •  Maximum of eight people per class. This enables a hands-on and personal approach so you can get the most out of your learning experience.
