 From rabbit ravioli to charcuterie and butchery, learning to cook together and sharing stories will leave you with a new outlook on the cuisine of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The workshops are hands-on and explore our wild foods from the land and sea and the produce from our small holders. These ingredients are then weaved into our dishes and prepared with both a traditional and modern approach.
